You should be in good physical condition and able to participate in exercise. You should always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Your child should be at least 3 months old and have decent head/neck control and you should be able to provide additional support as needed. You should be comfortable with your ability to balance and move while holding your child, as well as be able to safely monitor your child whether holding or not.

You should understand that with participation there is risk of injury or harm. By engaging in this exercise, you assume all risks to yourself, your property, and your child and agree to release and discharge the creator from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, associated with the routines.
